Blondie

Amanda Larsen is from Canton, Ohio.  Growing up she always had a love for sweets.  Lucky to have Diary Queen right down the street, she frequently got her ice cream fix.  After graduating High School, she moved to New York City to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.  Amanda has been on two Broadway National Tours (42nd Street and Spamalot), a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall and performed on Broadway in Good Vibrations and Young Frankenstein.  She is currently traveling across the USA performing in the National Tour of Young Frankenstein.

When Amanda moved to New York, she found a love for food and desserts.  With all the delicious specialty restaurants here she was in awe.  The Zagat survey was at her bed stand and she read it every night before falling asleep.  Since living in New York, it has been her goal to take advantage of all the great places to eat here and to satisfy her sweet tooth!  She loves keeping tabs on all the new bakeries that open in NYC.  Amanda also enjoys traveling, pilates, spending time with her family, and being with her husband David.
