Quality Diary…East Lansing, Mi

PUMPKIN PIE ice cream!  It’s so nice to see that yet it is Febuary 7th, there is somewhere in America serving Pumpkin Pie (even if it is in ice cream form).  I have always wondered why we can’t enjoy pumpkin flavored desserts all year round?!  Luckily, in East Lansing you can!  At Quality Diary, a sort of Michigan 7 Eleven, they serve ice cream.  Pretty good ice cream in many different flavors.  For $1.49, I had a HUGE scoop of perfect pumpkin ice cream with chunks of graham crackers, and a thick gooey marshmallow fluff swirl!  $1.49!!!!!!!!!  I am pretty sure it doesn’t get cheaper than that!  I loved the graham cracker pieces adding a nice crunch against the fluff and ice cream.  If I closed my eyes, I transported myself back to Canton, Ohio sitting at my dining room table eating Thanksgiving desserts.  Thank you Quality Diary for keeping Pumpkin ALIVE!  xoxoBlondie
