The most AMAZING strawberry shortcake I’ve ever had! It was served at a party, and believe me when I’m telling you, people could not stop eating it! The layers of cake, cream, and strawberries just melted in my mouth. The cake was hearty yet light at the same time. To finish it off, a strawberry topping was poured over each piece as it was served. Just a big hunk of summer goodness! I had multiple servings:-). He’s a Broadway performer and baker! On a pleasant, cool evening here in NYC, I had dinner at the beautiful outdoor cafe at St. Bart’s. Located in the restored Hall of St. Bartholomews Church’s Community House, the dinging of the church bells every quarter hour was lovely.
