Blondie’s Wedding!

Amanda got married!!!!   She and her wonderful husband, David, recently tied the knot in Amanda’s hometown of Canton, Ohio.  I was honored to be a bridesmaid in the wedding party to support their union.   Of course, it being Amanda’s special day, she had the best cake possible!  First though, I must mention the “make-your-own-sundae bar.”  Your choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream topped with your choice of raw cookie dough, mashed brownies, Reese’s Cups, Oreos, sprinkles, berries, melted peanut butter and fudge, whipped cream, etc.  It could go on forever!  Her cake, well I will just let the picture speak for itself.  Here is a list of the layers: carrot cake with cream cheese filling and icing, red velvet with cream cheese filling and icing, banana cake with chocolate/peanut butter filling and cream cheese icing (my favorite), and chocolate and vanilla cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese icing.  It was amazing!!!!!
