Grub Street Food Festival is tomorrow, October 20!

Grub Street, New York Magazine’s food and restaurant blog, will be taking over the Hester Street Fair for it’s fourth year and there are exciting events about to happen. fo the first time, Dominique Ansel Bakery will have a pop-up shop from 2-4 pm at the market.  The cronut creator will be serving a “Cocoa Chowder.”  Grub Street was told it’s a warm hazelnut brioche bread bowl filled with dark chocolate and a choice of toppings like fleur de sel and cinnamon marshmallows.  The best part is that 12 tickets will be hidden amongst the desserts and those lucky winners will instantly receive a famous cronut.  The sweet and savory happening at this fair is to-die-for and you will be glad you ventured to the Lower East Side!
