Funfetti Cake Dip

I came across this recipe today on the blog, Eat Yourself Skinny, and could not help but to share it with all my dessert lovers!  I have a soft spot in my cupcake shaped heart for anything funfetti!  I just love vanilla cake and I LOVE sprinkles!!!  Sprinkles alone just make me smile.  When I saw this simple and low calorie recipe I immediately bookmarked it on my computer so that I would have it forever!  They suggest serving it with animal crackers, but I thought of graham crackers, chocolate chip cookies, brownie/blondie bites, sugar cookies, strawberries, WHATEVER!  The list could go on and on.  I think it would be the perfect dessert to have or to bring too a party!  Thank you Kelly, blogger from Eat Yourself Skinny, for this creative low fat and calorie dessert idea!  I can’t wait to make your Funfetti Cake Dip!

Here are your ingredients:
1 (18.9 oz) box Funfetti cake mix
2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup lite Cool Whip
Fat-free animal crackers
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, plain yogurt and Cool Whip until completely combined and you see no more lumps.  Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for about 4 hours.  Garnish with additional sprinkles if desired and serve with animal crackers, enjoy!
