Red Velvet Cake Push Pop!

While I was working at the Hollywood Bowl, I came across this push pop from Crumb Fairy Bakery in one of the concession stands. It is almost impossible for me to pass up anything red velvet flavored. When my eyes caught hold of a red velvet cake push pop I went straight to the register. I had never seen cake in push pop form. It reminded me of the Flintstones popsicles I used to eat when I was a kid. This “popsicle” was super delicious. The cake was so moist and fresh it lingered on the roof of my mouth and the cream cheese frosting was thick and creamy with an excellent cream cheese flavor.  Crumb Fairy Bakery certainly was creative in putting cake into a push pop.  It’s fun to eat, allows you to enjoy mini bites, and (if you can resist) you can put the top back on and save the rest for later.
