Phin & Phebes Ice Cream
Phin & Phebes Ice Cream is the talk of the town lately. The ice cream comes in five different flavors and are currently being sold in speciality stores all over Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan as well as Whole Foods Stores in NYC! They’ve also started selling in Boston! These two ice cream loving girls started creating flavors in their own kitchens and have now graduated to a much larger one! We were lucky enough to get a personal delivery from Phebes of all five pints. It was hard for us to choose a favorite, but the Banana Whama and Cinnamon Vanilla were definitely the top ones! Banana Whama won us over because of the fresh banana base with the pieces of vanilla wafers mixed in. The Cinnamon Vanilla tasted like a giant snickerdoodle cookie in ice cream form. If you like cardamon and coffee, the Vietnamese Iced Coffee would be a perfect after dinner dessert. The spice pops out first, leaving behind a creamy coffee base. Phin & Phebes pride themselves on using fresh, whole ingredients, creating a pure and fulfilling pint of ice cream. We look forward to more flavors from Phin & Phebes!
