La Fudgerie
Let’s face it, I love fudge. I mean, everyone likes fudge, yet no one seems to buy any unless there’s a fudge specialty store on a vacation. My dad used to always bring me some when he went on camping trips to Canada. When I was recently in Quebec City, Canada, I ran in to La Fudgerie. Samples of fudge were offered right as we walked in. I decided to buy some delicious peanut butter fudge. Thick and melt-in-your-mouth, it tasted of sweet peanut butter and reminded me of the PB balls I make for my Buckeye Balls. There were chunks of real peanuts spread throughout, adding a nice crunch to the texture. Fudge is so GOOD! I think we all need to eat more of it. They also had an amazing assortment of delicious chocolate bark and served it to you in a paper cone. White chocolate pistachio and orange chocolate with nuts mixed in. Unique and a better way to present a chocolate bar!
