Irving Farm, featuring This Chick Bakes
I now have a little piece of coffee house heaven in my hood. Irving Farm just opened on the UWS and I’m obsessed. I stopped in the other day for a coffee and sweet treat and was pleased silly with the choices. I noticed a vegan peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie and decided to try it. I then came in yesterday looking to buy some of that delicious coffee they have for home and was pleasantly helped by an employee. He gave me multiple samples of freshly brewed coffee. I mentioned how good their vegan cookies was and he immeditely pulled out another cookie by the baker to take home….on the house! A+, Irving Farm, for your customer service. This was a gluten free Orange Cranberry Cookie. I have to say these might be my favorite version of vegan and gluten free cookies. The PB chocoalte chunk was thick, soft, and chewy with HUGE chocolate chunks all throughout. The cranberry orange cookie had white chocolate chunks in it and tasted like a scone and shortbread cookie married. I would have had no idea they were allergy friendly. ThisChickBakes.com is the baker and they’re AMAZING. They only use fresh ingredients and hand package and deliver their baked goods to retailers. I’m so glad Irving Farm sells them! This coffee is out-of-control good and will leave you contently happy.
