Alice’s Teacup Banana Cupcake Recipe is the best!
If you don’t already have the Alice’s Teacup Cookbook, you are missing out on some brilliant recipes! My sister made the banana cupcakes with cream cheese icing and they were out-of-control!. The cake was so soft, yet thick and moist. The flavor was delightfully full of banana, I could have eaten it alone. The cream cheese icing was incredible. Sweet and sugary with tartness from the cream cheese, I could have had spoonfuls of it. Together, this combination was award winning. The cake isn’t too sweet so the icing balanced the taste. They are great right out of the oven but superb overnight in the fridge. I recommend these for any occasion!
