Happy 4th of July!

What’s a better way to celebrate the 4th of July as a New Yorker than with a Red & Blue ,”Black & White,” cookie??  William Greenberg desserts is taking New York’s favorite cookie and turning into a celebration for the holiday!  How could I resist?  There is nothing better than walking down the street holding a Black & White cookie.  It’s so classic NY, it almost feels like you are in a Woody Allen movie.  These minis were super delish!  The frosting had hardened just enough so that each bite cracked a bit while the inside was smooth and sweet.  The thick frosting was perfect over the fluffy and chewy vanilla cookie.   What a unique idea and wonderful way to celebrate the 4th!
