Snicker’s = Satisfaction

Anytime I am in LA I make it a priority to stop into Joan’s on Third.  Luckily, this time around, I happen to be living right by it.  Joan’s has a bit of everything from fancy foods to fancy desserts.  After lunch, I simply could not pass up this chocolate cupcake covered in pieces of Snicker’s candy bar.  This cupcake actually tasted like a glorified Snicker’s bar, which we all know equals “satisfaction.”  The cake was fresh with an excellent rich flavor, but the standout of this treat was definitely the top half.  It was no surprise what it tasted like, but that didn’t take away from enjoying every delicious bite.  With so many chunks of candy, each bite had a bit of nougat, caramel, chocolate, and peanuts PLUS chocolate cake and frosting.  DE-LISH!
