Guilt free brownies with homemade vanilla buttercream

Shopping for a dessert at Trader Joe’s the other day, I found a box of “Guilt-Free” brownies and wondered if they were any good.  With all the desserts I eat, I’m always looking for an option with a little less fat and calories.  The recipe was SO easy, only adding yogurt!  As they were baking, I knew I was going to need a little something else with these brownies.  I decided to add some guilt make vanilla buttercream frosting from the Alice’s Teacup Cookbook (it’s the best and only 4 ingredients!).  These brownies were thick and filling.  I could not tell they were low in fat and calories!  I liked how they were between a chocolate cake and a brownie.  Sometimes brownies get too fudge-y that they’re almost like actual fudge.  The icing was the perfect addition, if I say so myself, making them taste like an Oreo.  If you need a great dessert to bring to a party, bring these brownies and no one will know they’re somewhat healthy!  Thanks TJ’s!
