Beth’s Birthday Cake from BeBeBakes!
Beth’s birthday was last week, and she had an amazing cake by BebeBakes to celebrate! Beth Bennett of BebeBakes is one of Just Desserts NYC’s favorite bakers, and after trying her cakes for the first time (we’re huge fans of her cookies and cake pops), we now know our go-to for cakes. It was a cherry cake with a whipped cream filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. Holey cherry, this cake was SO soft and the cherries were extremely fresh. The light whipped cream was plentiful as was the thick buttercream. The French-themed decorating was stunning and everyone “Ooo’d and Ahhh’d” at the site of it. The entire cake was of the utmost quality and taste. BebeBakes’ cakes will make any occasion special and put many smiles on guests faces. Not to mention, the baker is the sweetest!
