Sensational Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies!

While in Whole Foods yesterday, I happened to notice these cookies:  Gilbert’s Goodies. Now, I am not gluten-free nor do I usually eat gluten-free foods, but something about these “sensational sugar cookies” looked absolutely sensational. They were so fresh with that perfect under baked quality. It tasted like eating raw sugar cookie dough, to be exact. The best part… you can indulge in four cookies for only 140 calories!
