Grilled Jalapeno & Salty Peanut Dark Chocolate
I’m not always a fan of the spicy and sweet, but let me tell you, Blue Smoke makes some crazy good dark chocolate with grlled jalapenos and salted peanuts (I can’t resist peanuts and chocolate!). The chocolate was thick and smooth and just a hint of the jalapenos and salty peanuts were added. This gave a nice spice to it that made me want more. I’m glad I had a mini size or I’d be in trouble! It’s nice to find a chocolate bar that has a twist to it that’s not overwhelming in flavor. Blue Smoke has done a nice southern kick to plain dark chocolate that I definitely dig. I noticed on their baked goods menu, they have a Double-Chocolate Salty Peanut and Jalapeno Cookie! Mmmm I will be getting that next time. Amanda took me to Blue Smoke for my 21st birthday. She and I just sat at the bar eating their delicious BBQ. I’m glad I now have a southern influenced sweet that’s the perfect finish to some pulled pork and mac n’ cheese!
