16 Handles opens today on the Upper West Side
16 Handles, the self-serve frozen yogurt chain that is taking over Manhattan, opens it’s third store today on the Upper West Side! With 16 flavors to choose from and over 40 toppings, there are plenty of ways to mix it up at this yogurt paradise!
