A Peanut Butter Pie you can’t resist!
This is a slice of pie for all the peanut butter lovers out there! It’s from Magnolia Bakery at the Upper West Side location. It was a huge slice, about three inches high, with a delicious graham cracker crust that could have been it’s own dessert! The filling was a rich peanut butter mousse that is creamy and sticks to the roof of your mouth like a peanut butter sandwich. It had a thick cheesecake-like consistency, and yes, you could definitely use a glass of milk with it. Sprinkled on top were chopped peanuts and crushed Reeses Cups, adding a touch a sweetness and crunch. You need to save room for this dessert…it will fulfill any craving you have for PB! Since I love peanut butter, it was right up my alley. Mmmm, writing about it right now makes me want to run to Magnolia and buy a slice!
