If we were Oprah, we would give everyone in the audience a Coconut Cake on our “Favorite Things Day!” The coconut flakes look so beautiful, like snowflakes falling on fresh snow, and they always add just a little texture to the buttercream. We were not at all dissappointed in the Coconut Cake from Just Desserts in San Francisco. It was extremely fresh and moist, melting in your mouth. The buttercream almost had a cream cheese taste, rich yet light. The two layered cake was spongey and flavorful as well, complimenting the buttercream nicely.
