Bon Appetit’s “Mad For Maple”
The October issue of Bon Appetit Magazine is featuring Maple as one of their favorite fall flavors. They boast 15 desserts with this key ingredient. I cannot express my excitement when I saw these Maple Pecan Sundaes with Candied BACON. WHAAAAT???!!! You can use the leftover sauce in the recipe for pancakes or waffles (OR, in my recommendation, just plop the whole ice cream sundae on top of either!). I will definitely be making these in my kitchen.
