Down on 14th street is a tiny bakery serving today’s smallest cupcakes! But, don’t think for one second that they aren’t big on taste! Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies and Cream, Peanut Butter Cup, PB and J, and S’mores are just some of the delectable flavors I tried. Because they are about the size of a quarter, you don’t need to feel too guilty! Some of the cupcakes have a filling, which is always a wonderful surprise, but all were moist and extremely flavorful for their bite-size form. The vanilla cupcake (seen in the photo) is rainbow colored inside and covered with sprinkles! Although it is so simple, it might have been my favorite! I’m such a sucker for vanilla/vanilla! Hey, I’m Blondie, what can I say?! I really like that each cupcake has a little topper on it such as: a piece of graham cracker, a piece of chocolate cookie, a dollop of jam, or mini chocolate chips. It adds a little crunch and something special to each flavor. Baked by Melissa is perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up or to buy a couple dozen for a party. You simply can’t go wrong in choosing flavors either because they are all unique and delicious!
