The desserts at Rock Bottom Brewery are mini and only $2.50!!!! I chose the chocolate peanut butter cup pie! MY OH MY, my mini PB pie! Delicious! The chocolate crust was soft and crumbly. The PB filling was rich and creamy. Then, on top of the filling, were gooey chocolate cookie crumbs, warm and melty! Crushed peanut butter cups were on top to remind you that you were eating a deconstructed Reese Cup, which also added a crunchy texture against the smooth pb filling. It really was the perfect size! It was so rich and fulfilling that I was happily satisfied! Rock Bottom, you’ve got to LOVE IT! xoxoBlondie
