Located near Rockefeller Center and the famous Radio City Music Hall, is Del Frisco’s, a fabulous steakhouse. Not only is the food great, but the service is fantastic. This is the place where I was introduced to the BEST lemon cake I’ve ever had. A friend had recommended that I try it, and I was a bit hesitant because lemon is not my favorite flavor, especially for a cake. After our lovely waitress, Jen, recommended it as well, I decided it must be something special. Indeed it was! This HUGE hunk of cake was brought to me. When I took the first bite, I went in to a state of pure happiness. It was amazing! The cake was so moist and the icing was thick and creamy. The lemon taste was incredibly refreshing and not too strong. I was pleased with the overall amount of icing too. It was in perfect proportion to the cake and just melted in my mouth. Honestly, I cannot express how much I want everyone to go have a piece of this cake! I will definitely be back for more! xoxoBrownie
