So I’ve heard that these cupcakes are the “Magnolia” of the West Coast so I had to try them! My conclusion is yes, they are…but better! Mind you, I tried seven kinds, and they were all fabulous (except for the cinnamon sugar…too plain). Blondie and I are icing fanatics, so we have high standards! This place definitely hit the bullseye in my palat. The cake was moist in every flavor, and the icing was thick and creamy. My favorite flavors were the banana with creamy vanilla icing, red velvet with cream cheese frosting, and chocolate cake with fudgey milk chocolate cream cheese frosting! I wish we had this place in NYC! But oh guess what?……It’s coming to NY soon! YAY!
