The PB Brownie Sundae
Brownie and I have reviewed Peanut Butter and Co already, but after having dinner and desserts there last week, we decided to add another review. Some new and exciting sundaes were added to the menu since we were last there. We simply had to try the PB Brownie Sundae. On the bottom of the huge bowl is one of PB and Co’s signature peanut butter brownies. They break up the ultra fudgey, peanut butter swirled brownie into pieces before covering it with vanilla ice cream. Layered on top are spoonfuls of “Smooth Operator (their homemade smooth peanut butter),” chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and mounds of whipped cream!!!! We don’t think we need to convince anyone who loves PB and chocolate to try this ice cream creation. When you get a bite of brownie, PB, ice cream, and chips, there is a moment when everything is right in the world!!!

PB and Co is also famous for their PB and Chocolate Pie, made fresh everyday. Brownie and I decided we couldn’t leave without trying their signature dessert! The pie from top to bottom is a chocolate cookie crust, a thin layer of chocolate espresso fudge, a very thick layer of a creamy, whipped peanut butter filling, and finally chocolate and peanut butter chips. The pie was a cross between a cheesecake and mousse consistency. We really loved the PB filling and topping, but the espresso layer threw us off. Brownie and I thought it would have been better without that layer, especially since it is not described on the menu. We still thought this pie was still delicious.

Don’t just go to PB and Co for dessert though, they also serve some amazing peanut butter sandwiches. In January, they had a “create your own” sandwich option, which was a great idea in our opinion. See what we tried below! xoxoBlondie

Brownie ate the cinnamon raisin swirl, vanilla cream cheese, and apple slices sandwich!
