Beth’s Wedding!!!
I married the love of my life!!! The wedding was right here in NYC! We wed at a church on 5th Avenue, and then headed to Tavern on the Green for the reception. It was an amazing day, and of course, Amanda was my Matron of Honor:-). Now let’s get to it, the cake was incredible! We worked with Collette Folley of Alice’s Teacup (literally my favorite place ever!), and created a spectacular treat! We went with the monarch style cake, which is white icing, but trimmed with colorful flowers on each layer. My favorite part, chocolate butterflies sitting on some of the flowers! I decided on their chocolate butter cake, dulce de leche filling, and buttercream frosting. AMAZING. Alice’s teacup makes a good cake. And yes, I had a make-your-own sundae bar like Amanda did because….why not??!! If you go to Alice’s (and you MUST), please try their cake!
